By creating an account or using BizChaser, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

BizChaser is offered on a recurring monthly subscription. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel or pause at any time from your account settings; access continues through the end of the current billing period.

You agree not to misuse the service, including sending spam, transmitting unlawful content, attempting to disrupt the platform, or using BizChaser to contact recipients who have not consented to receive communications from your business.

BizChaser and its content are owned by us and our licensors. You retain ownership of the data you bring into the service and grant us a limited license to process it solely to deliver the service.

You may stop using BizChaser at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a risk to the platform or other users.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BizChaser will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues arising from your use of the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BizChaser is established, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
